Each year, many alumni want to reserve a room at The Alfond Inn for Alumni Weekend. In order to make the reservations process more equitable, a new system launched on June 15, 2018 for Alumni Weekend 2019 reservations.
Throughout the month of July, registrants were contacted by The Alfond Inn staff to confirm reservations.
All available rooms have been filled and The Alfond Inn is now SOLD OUT for Alumni Weekend 2019.
The remaining alumni registrants will be placed on the wait list in the order in which registrations were received. If cancellations occur, The Alfond Inn will contact the next registrant to book a room with a credit card. Registrants will be given several days to respond. A positive ID matching the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in.
