Hola from Madrid!
One of the coolest things I have done so far while in Spain has been going on the Teleferico Madrid, which is a view of the city of Madrid in a cable car, a couple of hundred feet in the air. The cost of this adventure is a measly six euros, and is a must do when visiting Madrid. The trip is split into two parts. In between you get off of the cable car and can sit and relax while grabbing something to eat or drink, while taking in Madrid from very high up. The second part of the trip is the return trip and you can see the views from a slightly different perspective than before. Some specific things that can be seen on this trip are Parque Casa de Campo, the Río Manzanares, and the Royal Palace amongst others.
I took this picture while in the cable car, taking in all of the beautiful sights that Madrid has to offer. This is a picture of the Río Manzanares, accompanied by the Madrid city skyline in the background.
Adios!
