My Bucket List!

Before I came to Sydney, I made my own bucket list adding all the places I had to visit and all the new foods I had to try. As soon as I landed in Sydney, that was the first huge thing I crossed from my list, “Make it to Sydney!”. In the time I’ve been around the area, I’be had the opportunity to narrow my bucket list week by week. Two weeks ago, I visited the Zoo and saw a bunch of weird animals I’ve never seen in my life! Last Saturday, I visited the Art Gallery, where I spent at least 3 hours looking at the beautiful art of the from the 18th Century until the modern era. I also tried the kangaroo last week. It is different in texture, because you eat it almost raw and its very chewy. Lastly, yesterday I did not only visit the Opera House, I had the opportunity to watch a world know opera called “The Marriage of Figaro” in its second largest venue, the Joan Sutherland Theatre. I crossed two things here, going inside the opera house, and watching the opera for the first time in my life. I have to say it was a beautiful show and definitely a different experience.
