Two weeks ago the Rollins group at Australia went for a long weekend to Byron Bay. We did a bunch of different activities while we were there including snorkeling, surfing, touristing, and eating. This little town known as Byron is beautiful. It is a laid back town where back packers go to forget about the outside world. I felt the hippie vibes as soon as I got off the bus. We had the opportunity to meet a number of people from different parts of the world during our stay in the hostel. It was full of backpackers our age, so everybody was willing to meet people and have fun. We did a coastal walk to the Bay’s light house and the view was just incredible. We were able to see the entire Bay from above in the furthest eastern corner of the world. I also had the opportunity to cross skydiving from my bucket list. Shelly, Hannah, and I jumped from a plane at 14,000 feet above the ground having the chance to see the entire coast from above! This is the highest skydiving jump in Australia with a 60 seconds free fall. The experience was unbelievable and I can not wait until I repeat it again!
