On October 15th, I made my way to Czech Republic. This was the start of my Euro-trip that I had wished to go on for so long. With a backpack and wanderlust in my viens, I boarded Ryan Air, probably the cheapest airlines ever according to my opinion, to the city of Prague.
The first day, I explored the city around the Prague castle with my travel friend that I met at Jacobs. However, due to limited time, we had to skip some places, including the castle itself, but the area around was pretty cool with Gothic churches and buildings.
During the night, we went around the Old Town Square and luckily the Light festival was going on which was pretty cool. Its called the Signal Festival which happens every year sometime in October.

There were light installations from 7pm to 12pm – there were projections, 3D installations and things that I cannot explain in words.
The next day on October 16th, I went to the town of Kutna Hora, also known as the ghost town because of the errie history associated with it. Apparently there is a Bone-Church called the Sedlec Ossuary which is a church decorated with around 40,000 bones.
On October 17, unfortunately my last day in Czech Republic, we went around the Old Town square again where we saw the Astronomical Clock, a 600 years old mechanical clock, that is an emblem of the scientific capital that Europe once had. Being someone inspired by science, it felt really nice to be right next to it. Definitely going back there again!
