On Tuesday August 30, I will be departing to Paris where I will stay for almost 4 months. I will be staying with a French family which consists of 2 brothers and a mother. For my luck I will be 5 minutes walking distance from the American Business School of Paris. This is of great convenience given how close it is from where I’m staying. It will be as if I’m still in Rollins where classes are incredibly close given the small campus we have. Upon my arrival I will be heading to the beach of Normandy for a field trip with my program. We will be able to see where the invasion of D Day took place. I plan on traveling during the weekends and get to experience the different cultures of Europe. I love how easy it is to travel in Europe and how rich in culture they are. Every city is a completely different experience and there are trains that take you everywhere. Even plane tickets are extremely cheap averaging 30 euros. I already packed all my stuff and am anxious to start this journey. I’m glad to be staying with a French family because this will help improve my French. I can’t wait to start!
