The past 4 months have really flown by. I have been to many countries spanning North America, South America, and Asia. Part of the reason I love to travel isn’t just to go sightsee. Each time I go to a new place, meet new people, get to know new cultures and have new experiences, it helps me grow as a person. China has not been any different. I came to China not knowing what to expect and will leave with a great impression along with unforgettable memories. But before leaving, I’ve been visiting many of my friends in China as well as traveling to nearby countries when time and money permits. My most recent and last international trip before leaving China to go back to the US is, once again, in Thailand. As usual, the food here is impeccable and delectable. Yesterday, we went to a beautiful park where I rode a bicycle probably longer than I ever have in the rest of my life combined. It was a really good time though. There are still other parts of Thailand I would love to see, including one that one of the Chinese teachers recommended to me (though currently it is closed).
