Woah were did the past four months go!? I can’t believe I am getting ready to wrap up the best semester of my life. For any one questioning studying abroad, don’t question it, just do it. Do it all. It’s worth being a little behind in classes and having to play catch up when you get back, not seeing your friends for a semester, and missing the events and parties at Rollins. I would not trade my experience for anything. Not only was I able to embrace Spanish culture, live with a host family, learn a new language, make amazing life long friends, but I was also able to travel throughout Europe and see many places I never thought I’d get to see. Through it all I learned a lot about myself; and now I feel like I can do anything. The world doesn’t seem as huge, knowing only one language isn’t enough, and people and relationships are increasingly more important. I now have the courage to do anything, and now I know I can. I am so grateful for everyone that made this adventure possible and for the friends I met. Don’t worry I’ll be back to Spain soon. Boston here I come!!
