This is a picture taken in the mountains of Candelario. Some friends of mine, both old and new, decided to take a hike in hopes of reaching the summit of the mountain that seemed to be there just to tempt us. As we mounted this journey, none of us knew what lay in store. As we pressed on through the mountains we saw what was for me, some of the most beautiful natural terrain I had seen in España thus far. At times the rides got rocky.. but needless to say, we all made it outta there safe. At the end of this mission some of us decided to cool off in the ice water as you can see in this photo. This trip to Candelario was a terrific experience and a fond memory that I will remember forever.
