Going to war has to be a life changing experience and to be able to come back alive has to feel amazing! It was interesting to learn about how many deaths there were and how that was a drastic improvement from WWI. In addition, I find it fascinating that a simple solider can come back and be turned into an A-lister and start living a luxurious lifestyle. Most interesting part to learn about was the upgrade in technology and the photos and postcards and everything that was introduced while the war is going on. The furthering of technology and how people react and how it helps people is the most interesting thing I read about this chapter.
