Spending the day in Segovia was one of the most memorable trips i’ll ever take. We started the day off by eating an authentic lunch, which consisted of delicious little pigs. At first I was a little hesitant to try them, but I was shocked by how much I enjoyed it. We then took a tour of the castle, which was beautiful, and had the most spectacular views. It was incredible to see such an historic town that was full of character.
