Candleario was one of my favorite parts of the whole Spain trip because of views like these and the relaxed atmosphere that went along with it. At first I was a little skeptical of the food when we were given chicken fingers and fish sticks for our group meal, but as time went on it got better and I was able to eat large amounts of food like usual. This photo does not do the scenery of Candleario justice, but this was one of the better photos I can look back on and relive my time in this quaint city. Looking back, one of my favorite moments in Candelario was watching the sunset from the top floor of the apartments in full sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I am a fan of colder weather, especially at night, so I was more than happy sitting outside and enjoying the mountain breeze. I could go on about the experiences and the city as a whole forever, but there is no other city I have been to that compares to the unique setting and culture of Candleario.
