I was lucky enough to have great professors while abroad in Spain. My professors incorporated different methods of teaching in order to help my classmates and I fully grasp Spanish Culture. In the photo above, my classmates and I are pictured at La Pomarada, the restaurant where the whole Rollins group attends lunch once or twice a week. Our teacher took us to La Pomarada to watch/learn how to make a Spanish Tortilla. It is a combination of eggs and potatoes and makes a delicious meal any time of the day! I plan on trying to make this frequently for a nutritious breakfast.
