November is ending, which means that the best time of the year (Christmas) is approaching. Unfortunately, this is the first year I have not celebrated Thanksgiving. Instead, I watched the Hobbit and all of my friends snapstories of food and family. I also takes to my friends and family and just pretended that I was their. It has snowed in Reutlingen a few times already, but it all melts away by noon. There is something beautiful about waking up and seeing trees covered in fresh snow and hearing the crisp crunch beneath you feet. The Christmas markets have opened up this week as well, and everyone huddled around the Christmas stalls drinking Gluhwein. Gluhwein is heated up spiced red wine, that is best enjoyed with friends outside, while you watch the steam from your breath and wine mingling together. Less than a month until my family comes to visit, and I cannot wait to share the experience with them. I finished my research paper this week and felt a huge weight off my shoulders. Now only 6 more projects to complete! I have an interview in two days for a company I really would like to work for, and is in the same sector that I would like to work for in the future. I have talked to both of my parents about it in length, and thy have given me advice and ideas for questions to ask in order to make a good impression. I am beyond nervous, and hope I don’t choke. Until next time, Tschüss!
