Twenty-four days ago, I boarded a plane to Madrid, Spain. More than three weeks later, I have explored cities, roamed museums, entered palaces, and so much more. It has been twenty-four days filled with new food, interesting people, and a lot of Spanish. Over this time, I have had the ability to grow as a person and learn about the culture of Spain. So far, I am enjoying my time here and cannot wait to see what the next three weeks have to offer. With a trip to Candelario, plenty more cultural activities, and so forth, it is sure to be as amazing as the first three.
Being in Spain has allowed me to get outside my comfort zone. I have met friends from many different countries and gotten a million times better at Spanish.
