Hello, its Mikolaj Geritz again.
Sorry that there weren’t any posts from me in a while, but because of unknown reasons I was unable to access my account. Therefore I will sum up what happened during this month of October. In the first week of this month me and a couple of my classmates went on a trip to Hangzhou. There we saw the great West lake, one of the most famous places to sight see in the era. There we walked on a lovers bridge, and went to the gallery of Chinese art. Afterwards we mainly walked around the city and then we finished our day at the hotel. Unfortunately, as we were going to the hotel we were caught in the rain. The next day we continued our sightseeing trip of the city, mainly the back ally’s since they contained a lot of traditional Chinese architecture. Later that day we returned to Shanghai. The next few weeks went without many adventures. We mostly studied and prepared ourselves for the midterm exams that were coming at the end of the month.
In the last 2 weeks of October our Rollins group, and other students from the international business courses went on 2 business trips during which we found out how these companies worked in China. The first one was to Disney and the second one was to General Motors. Both of them were very educating, and interesting.
Next week we are going on a one week trip to Hong Kong and other cities. Look forward to my next post, and once again sorry this one was so late.
Best Regards
Mikolaj Geritz
