It’s crazy to think that the semester is already halfway over! It feels like just yesterday I was getting off the plane in Auckland from that 12 hour flight and adjusting to the time difference. I am currently packing to head for a week long trip to Samoa for mid-semester break!  I am so excited…

So it’s the night before I leave for New Zealand! I am literally counting down the minutes until I get on my flight. I never thought the day would come, but when I woke up this morning it hit me: I’ll be leaving the country (for 5 months) for the first time without my family….
