I’m adjusting well to this new place- especially public transportation which was a huge fear of mine the first week arriving, but now it’s a breeze. I am now out of my comfort zone where I can explore outside of my residence area on a regular basis. I have started to explore a lot between classes and my internship to find what I can enjoy here in London- and one of them has been the food! Living in the heart of London, you will find anything but your typical cakes, tea, and British breakfast. The city itself is a melting pot of cultures from all over the globe and is a very urban city where you can find anything to eat. Through these first 5 weeks, I have tried a variety of different foods, from sweet to savory, around my town and other places in London. Below I have taken photos of foods from some of my favorite places I have eaten in London-some you can find in others places around the globe, others you can only find in London!

Amorino

This soft and creamy Italian gelato offers a variety of flavors, and you can choose as many as you’d like!
