In my lifetime, I have traveled to many places such as London, Singapore, New Zealand, and Cambodia. This is actually my second time to go to Japan. The first time I went there with my parents was when I was in elementary school, so I don’t have a lot of memory about the trip in my mind now. This time, however, I will go to study and stay in Japan for four months which I’m really excited about my trip to Japan. My experiences of visiting different places have a big impact on my understanding of different identities and how I see the world would affect my ability to adapt to the environment around me.<\/p>\n
I’m the kind of person who wants to explore the unknown and I’m curious about everything that is new to me. I like digging inside the culture when I go to a new country, so I’m pretty good at adapting to the environment and the culture. I think my identity afford me to blend in the community quickly. I’m also looking forward to the field trip to Fushimi Inari Taishaduring orientation which I would get a chance to go to the shrine and get to know about the Shintoism. This is a traditional religion for Japanese people which I’m really interested in. I also expect to encounter Japanese people’s hospitality and politeness. These are two identities that I keep hearing people talking about. I herad Japenese people are very polite to each other. They pay a lot of attention to little details.<\/p>\n
During the time in Japan, I can get to know a lot of people from different places and cultures. Since people don’t grow up in the same environment and culture, they see the world differently, and their identities would also be different. Some people might adapt to the environment in a short time while the others might need more time to get comfortable with things around.<\/p>\n
At last, I want to say I’m really excited about this trip. I believe there will be a lot of stuff to learn and I will have a lot of fun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
