During my time in Japan, I learned a lot of things such as festivals and culture especially the geisha culture of Japan. I took a class of geisha culture and I got a chance to learn about the things that can not learn elsewhere. I also got a chance to go the hanamachi to see the geisha and use the knowledge I learn to differentiate different geisha. I’m glad that I can have a chance to learn something that not everybody can have a chance to learn. The geisha culture is the one thing that I feel really lucky that I came to Japan and leran stuff that I can never learn in America. This is a good chance for me to learn knowledge in a foreign country.<\/p>\n
I’m also very satisfied with the classes I chose. I had a chance to read many books from famous Japanese authors. This also helped me gain knowledge about the history of Japanese literature. I also have a business class that I think it helped me a lot. This class helped me to find the goodness in myself and changed the way I look at others. Since everything was kept in the class, we could share our experiences and bad memories with each other and I was really surprised that a lot of us had the same problems which built up my trust to people. The most impactful assignment in this class was the first assignment at the beginning of the semester. There was an online test for us to do to test out our strengths and values. I was surprised when I saw the test result. It was very specific and the strengths I got from the test were the ones I’ve been hiding them for eight years which were elements I thought would not be good for my future. This started my changing of behaviours which was also one of the contents of the class.<\/p>\n
The classes I took this semester were the best classes I’ve ever taken in my life. The classes were really effective and they built up my confidence and increased communication with other people and helped me to make friends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
