Thinking that I am going to be 14,000 + miles away from home, barely, knowing anyone, and barely knowing what my life will be like abroad. I haven&#8217;t really put a lot of thought into imagining how my time will be in Australia because I don&#8217;t want to make myself too nervous. I feel like I am never going to want to leave, something inside me just tells me that this place could be a second home in my future. I have been reading the Australian news a little bit to get an understanding of what types of stories are shown and what they tend to focus on. Definitely not a lot of politics which I LOVE. I hope they are more sustainable than Americans so it could inspire me to bring some of their practices over to the US. Leaving my family and friends doesn&#8217;t make me sad, I honestly wish I could bring my cats over.
