I am definitely ready to come home, but there are so many things I will miss about this city and the program. A simple reminder of the beauty and history of where I am

-Having an amazing group of people to spend Thanksgiving with, making it one of the best Thanksgivings I have ever had, even without my family. (The nuns made us turkey with literal sparklers in it and an American flag on the wall)

-The opportunity to see a new museum or church literally every single day. I have seen more art this semester than I have seen collectively in my entire life. I am so lucky!!

-The ability to learn the language enough to have a conversation in full Italian with the bartenders at my new favorite coffee shop that just opened down the hill from us!

-The feeling of pure happiness when everyone comes to lunch on Mondays after a weekend of traveling and being apart from each other.

-Aisha!!
