I had so much fun exploring Spain beyond Madrid. One of the best experiences I had was my visit to a horse farm near Segovia. The farm was home to one-thousand horses, and bred an average of two-hundred fifty horses a year. In Addition to horses the farm was also the biggest breeder of falcons in Europe.
