Taipei, the biggest city in Taiwan, is steaming with diverse cuisines and food, something I never expected. Of note, one destination you must go to is a night market.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Shiln Night Market, one of the most famous tourist destinations and night markets in Taipei, you can find some of Taiwan\u2019s most famous street food &amp; items, such as fried sweet potato balls, soup dumplings, fried squid on a stick, and more. If you ever get the chance to visit one of these markets, you must go. Visiting this night market challenged my preconceptions about what food can be and taste like. And if you feel daring enough, you might even be tempted to try their stinky tofu. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can get over the smell, you just might be able to experience of the best tasting culinary dishes in all of Taiwan\ud83c\uddf9\ud83c\uddfc. Without going here, how else can you explore their diverse culinary culture?
