The time is just flying by. This week was much more relaxing as I settled in to the daily routine of life here in M\u00fcnster. \u00a0I have learned to allow myself ten extra minutes for my walk to class in the morning. This way I&#8217;m able to stop at one of the MANY bakeries along the way for a quick coffee and delicious pastry to go. My walk to school takes a little over 20 minutes but I really enjoy the scenery. The promenade is busy with people cycling to work.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.rollins.edu\/letters\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/image4-300x300.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18289 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.rollins.edu\/letters\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/image4-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.rollins.edu\/letters\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/image4-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.rollins.edu\/letters\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/image4-300x300-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This weekend we stayed in town and I was able to enjoy three very special parts of M\u00fcnster. \u00a0On Saturday morning I went to the market that is held every week in the Domplatz. This market is about 20 times larger than the weekly winter park farmers market. You can buy everything from fruits, veggies, meat, fish, clothes, spices, flowers, candy, handmade soap, and much more.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, I attended mass at the Lambertikirche (pictured in 1st blog post). Although I didn&#8217;t understand every word said durong the service, I was able to follow along with the songs and enjoy the beautiful singing and stained glass.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, I met with the girls of the group and we had a picnic dinner by the lake. The lake is known as the Aasee and you can even rent small paddleboats during the day.
