My second three weeks in Madrid were just as wonderful as the first three.\u00a0 They were spent meeting new friends from other countries, tasting different foods, and exploring museums.<\/p>\n<p>During one weekend, the whole group went to a mountain town called Candelario.\u00a0 This little area was the perfect getaway; I would recommend others to visit Candelario if they ever have the chance.\u00a0 Madrid gave me the chance to attend my first musical festival which was an experience in its own.<\/p>\n<p>Six weeks went slow and fast at the same time.\u00a0 It was an awesome experience that I would do all over again if I could.\u00a0 The amount of Spanish culture and language I learned is unfathomable.\u00a0 I am beyond thankful to have had the chance to attend this trip.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.rollins.edu\/letters\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/13434729_10206708319967542_8618143137397092987_n-300x225.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16429 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.rollins.edu\/letters\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/13434729_10206708319967542_8618143137397092987_n-300x225-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As I sit at the airport drinking my caf\u00e9 con leche, it is hard to believe that my six weeks in Spain have come to an end.
