After what feels like years of preparation, the time has finally come to leave the country for three whole months and experience life in England. I feel like I have been waiting an eternity for this moment and could not be more excited. Is it sad that before my plane has left the ground, I have already booked my ticket to Germany? As cliche as it sounds, I have an extreme case of wanderlust.<\/p>\n
As excited I am, I am also kind of nervous. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve travelled abroad before, but each time that I’ve done it before, I’ve been with either locals or tour guides that know their way around. This time, I will be in charge of myself and all of the things I want to do while I am there. To me, that is extremely frightening when some mornings, I come close to forgetting to put my shoes on.<\/p>\n
All in all, no matter what feelings are rushing through me right now, I feel as if this is simply a new chapter in my life that I have to dive into without over thinking it. I know that when I get there, I will adapt (as well as I can) and get to know as many people as possible to get the most out of this once in a lifetime experience.<\/p>\n
