As I began to realize I would be leaving London soon, my initial reaction was happy anticipation. As much as I had grown to love London and Queen Mary, I was excited to finally be home where the weather was warm and sunny and my family was anxiously waiting for me to get back. I was soon distracted from my thoughts of going home as the stress of finals caught up to me. It wasn\u2019t until my last night in London on December 15<sup>th<\/sup>, that I began to realize what leaving London meant. I was going to leave many of the very good friends I made during my time in London and it was going to be a long time before I saw them again or before I was ever going to be back in Europe again. This realization made me very nostalgic for the semester that, in retrospect, seemed to fly by. Additionally, I was stressed because of finals and all the packing I had to do before my long day of travelling back to the US.
