As the third week of this program is halfway through, it’s hard to believe\u00a0that we’ve\u00a0already been in Madrid for 2 weeks! People left and right were telling me how time flies by and although the first several days felt otherwise, it\u2019s reassuring to finally be able to feel comfortable roaming the city\u2019s streets. From architectural museums to trying new cuisines and visiting the capital\u2019s beloved f\u00fatbol team, I can say that the latter has been my favorite. I have hundreds of photos of buildings and different scenery and it wasn\u2019t until the third day when I realized that I haven\u2019t included any of myself in them- it\u2019s almost too easy to get lost in its entirety!<\/p>\n

We visited the Santiago Bernab\u00e9u stadium, home of the Real Madrid f\u00fatbol team, where I was captivated the entire time and may have had to hold back on spending every last cent (well, euro) in my wallet. I had the most fun touring the field and taking in the view that players essentially have. It was also incredible to walk down all of the halls and have a visual timeline of their accomplishments and cups. This experience was definitely one for the books and if I\u2019m still being honest\u2026 I\u2019m almost 99% certain that I\u2019m revisiting the store before the end of this trip. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
