Candelario not only gave me a chance to escape the crowded city, but it allowed me to also appreciate a beautiful landscape. My favorite part of the weekend was walking through the town and learning about the architecture of the homes that lined the streets. I thought \u00a0it was very interesting that the small town was known for its meat packing and chorizo, because the homes were creatively built in such a way to benefit the delicious commodity.
