This weekend I’ll be in Paris, my first trip abroad while abroad. Because I haven’t gone yet I thought I would pretend to write down my thoughts before I have them, you know?!<\/p>\n

“Wow, I’m in Paris!”<\/p>\n

Hopefully I will think of something to think that’s more creative than that while I’m over there, but for now that’s all I can imagine myself saying.<\/p>\n

On a much more serious note, I am very very excited to go. Paris is one of those places that most people should make an effort to see at one point in their lives and I’m incredibly lucky to get this opportunity. I’m also glad that I’ll be there with McKenna Hoover and meet up with Rachel Ware in the city (SO to McKenna and Rachel) and I think we’re going to have an amazing time!<\/p>\n

The only drawback to my Parisian excursion is my timing. Our midterm week here in Athens in next week, meaning I’ll be away having fun this weekend instead of studying. There are certainly worse things to be spending my time doing and I don’t think I’m in a very sympathetic situation.<\/p>\n
