“Due to recent software upgrades, some customers have encountered trouble accessing several EBSCO services, including, but not limited to Full-Text links, EBSCOadmin and EBSCOhost Collection Manager. In addition, customers have, at times, reported service degradation with EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service and the EBSCO Discovery Service API. We apologize for the disruption in service and are working around the clock to resolve the issues. We are aware that this is not the level of service you have come to expect from EBSCO and appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution.
