COVID-19 & The Library

Greetings Olin Community,

The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, and the World Health Organization has designated COVID-19 a pandemic. Based on the best evidence available, and with our primary concern for the well-being of our campus community, Rollins College has made the extraordinary decision to move to virtual, synchronous learning through the remainder of the semester.

The majority of Olin Library collections and resources are available online, and Olin Librarians will be ready to meet via WebEx, phone, and email.

libguides.rollins.edu/remote is a condensed page that provides quick access to our online resources, as well as Librarian contact information, and trouble-shooting guides.

Olin Library will be open and staffed during regular hours, but 24/7 access will be suspended until further notice.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to any librarian or through social media.

Congratulations, Valedictorians!

We just wanted to take a moment to share that three – that’s right, THREE – of the Valedictorians in the class of 2020 are also tutors in the Tutoring & Writing Center!

Please join us in congratulating them!

We’re really proud of these women and grateful that they have taken on peer educator roles during their time at Rollins while managing to excel in so many other ways. If you’re interested, you can find out more
