Library System Outage

Update as of 2:12pm EST on 12/2/2014:  Everything appears to be running smoothly again.  Thanks for your patience.

OCLC, the vendor behind several library systems, is currently experiencing technical problems.  While they seek a resolution to this service outage, multiple library services and systems will be temporarily unavailable.  This includes:

  • Interlibrary Loan
  • WorldCat
  • FirstSearch
  • ContentDM

There is no current estimate for when services will be restored.  We will notify everyone when services are restored.  We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Rollins Network Outages

This Friday, 11/28/14, IT will be conducting maintenance on the campus network.  This means that there will be sporadic network outages on campus from 2-8pm.

From 8pm-12 midnight, the entire network will be taken down as part of this maintenance.  During this period, access to the library website and other online resources will be unavailable.  The outage could last longer if additional work is needed.

We apologize for any inconvenience.  If you have questions about this network maintenance period, you can contact the Help Desk.
